This privacy policy applies to your use of the WHITLOCK CONSTRUCTION PRODUCTS™, LLC website located at www.whitlockconstructionproducts.com ("Site").  The terms "we", "us", and "WCP" refer to WHITLOCK CONSTRUCTION PRODUCTS™, LLC.  The terms "you" and "your" refer to you, as a user of the Site.

BY VISITING THIS SITE, YOU ARE ACCEPTING THE PRACTICES DESCRIBED IN THIS PRIVACY POLICY AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND HOW WE USE IT

When you order from us, we need to know your name, phone number, email address, mailing address, shipping address, and payment information such as your credit card account number and expiration date. The information you provide to us allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status.  In addition, this information helps us personalize and continually improve your shopping experience with us.  We use reasonable efforts to ensure that the personal information we collect from you is limited to that which is necessary to fulfill the purposes described below.

Account information. We use your email address to send you updates, news, and special offers that we believe may be of interest to you.

As a registered WCP user, you can modify some of your personal information and your privacy preferences by accessing the "My Account" section of this website. Upon your request, WCP will use reasonable efforts to close your account; nevertheless, we may still retain your personal information in our systems. Registered users who wish to close their account should contact us by writing to us at the address set forth in Section 9 below.

6.  SECURITY

We take appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of data. These include internal reviews of our data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures, as well as physical security measures to guard against unauthorized access to systems where we store personal data.

We restrict access to personal information to WCP employees, contractors and agents who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our services. These individuals are bound by confidentiality obligations and may be subject to discipline, including termination and criminal prosecution, if they fail to meet these obligations.

You hereby acknowledge that WCP is not responsible for any intercepted information sent via the Internet, and you hereby release us from any and all claims arising out of or related to the use of intercepted information in any unauthorized manner.

Our privacy and security measures do not ensure protection against your failure to follow your responsibilities to safeguard your personal information. Review your WCP account frequently and notify us immediately in writing at the address set forth in Section 9 below of any unauthorized account activity.

7. CONTACTING THE WEBSITE AND ACCESS TO YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

Upon written request, subject to certain exceptions, WCP will inform you of the existence, use, and disclosure of your personal information and will give you access to that information. Access requests should be sent to our Privacy Officer, using the contact information above. When requesting access to your personal information, we may request specific information from you to enable us to confirm your identity and right to access, as well as to search for and provide the personal information that we hold about you. We may charge you a fee to access your personal information to cover our costs; however, we will advise you of any fee in advance, which will be no more than any maximum fee prescribed by law.
